The AFLAH project team interacted with two women's organizations to improve peanut processing practices and reduce the aflatoxin content of peanut butter. The result of these interactions is a Guide to good practices, which is provided here in Creole, French and English versions. It can be downloaded in pdf format or as an e-book, and it is accompanied by a poster (in Creole only). This Guide to good practices for peanut processing may prove useful, not only in a Haitian context, but wherever peanuts are grown and processed.
